History - a unique event for Africa

This event was conceived in 2010 and over a period of years we have worked hard to perfect it as a realistic and manageable event. We organised a series of meetings and consultations in the The Gambia, Senegal and England (UK) to discuss with interest groups, advisers and possible collaborators including The Association of International Marathons and Distance Races. This event under the auspices of Camp Africa is organised in collaboration with the Senegalo Gambian Permanent Secretariat, as a Senegambian event to nurture peace and unity among the youths of the Senegambia Region and extended to the World at large and to promote understanding and our cultural heritage. This event has a huge potential to enhance Tourism in two Countries of Senegal and The Gambia.
